Pemberton Productions will collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
Your Name, Email and Billing details, if you commission a film.

Your Business or Personal address to send you a physical copy of the film you commission, or in the case of you being a business owner as a record should you want another commission or work with us.

These are not made public but, will be kept as a record of purchase, client list, and for tax purposes.

For example, if you as a client send us a message through the testimony form we may use it for advertising and recommendations to future clients, with your permission.

If you consent, we may also use your name or commission on our social media, again for advertising purposes.
We also contact you to notify you regarding your commission, and we may contact you further to troubleshoot problems with your requested commission, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our Production company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via the email you provided, by telephone, and post.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
